Jay Rizzo is an artist at Salt & Light Tattoo in Chandler, AZ. His artistic journey began with eight years in the United States Army before he discovered his passion for tattooing. After completing his apprenticeship and moving to Arizona, he further refined his skills by pursuing a degree in fine arts. While initially considering American traditional, Jay’s talent truly shines in fine line blackwork, a style he has specialized in since becoming a professional tattoo artist in 2013.
