Jesse Smith is the celebrated owner and founder of Loose Screw Tattoo in Richmond, Virginia, a studio he established in May 2011. A renowned celebrity tattoo artist and entrepreneur, Jesse brings several decades of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University to his craft. He is widely recognized for his brilliant use of color, specializing in styles such as New School, Realism, and Caricature, in addition to illustrative, black & grey, stippling, portrait, and old school tattoos. His exceptional work has been featured in numerous national and international tattoo magazines, earning him hundreds of awards. Beyond the studio, Jesse is an accomplished international mural artist, a familiar face from his appearances on seasons 2 and 7 of Ink Master, the owner of the apparel brand One Tricky Pony, the inventor of the Method Tattoo System, and the Founder/President of the Giving Arts Foundation.
