Noelle is a Mission Resident Tattoo Artist at Parlour Eleven Tattoo, specializing in illustrative color and black and grey tattooing. From the young age of eight, Noelle was driven by the dream of becoming a tattoo artist, a dream she pursued by earning a four-year Illustration degree from Emily Carr University. She began her apprenticeship at Parlour Eleven in 2020, completing it in 2022. Noelle is celebrated for her exceptional quality of work, bringing an illustrative and whimsical flair to her designs with clear composition and keen body placement. She offers a comfortable and welcoming client experience through her care, compassion, and excellent communication. Clients can choose from her extensive collection of pre-drawn flash designs or commission custom pieces of all sizes and content.
