Noelle is a Mission Resident Tattoo Artist at Parlour Eleven Tattoo, whose lifelong dream of tattooing began at the young age of eight. She pursued this passion straight out of high school, completing a rigorous two-year apprenticeship with Parlour Eleven in 2022, while also earning her 4-year Illustration degree from Emily Carr. Noelle specializes in illustrative color and black and grey tattooing, bringing a distinctive whimsical flair, clear composition, and keen body placement to her work. She excels in creating exceptional pieces of all sizes and content, offering a wide array of pre-drawn designs and flash, alongside custom creations. Noelle is celebrated for the outstanding quality of her art and the care and compassion she extends to her clients, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience at her Mission-based studio.
