Jay Shin is an artist at Bang Bang NYC, specializing in illustrative color, fine line, and single needle tattooing. Originally from Seoul, Korea, Jay began his tattoo career eight years ago, inspired by his brother. He found his true calling in tattooing, noting, “Previously I did a lot of different jobs, but none satisfied me. I’m much happier as a tattoo artist.”
