Rafy Oquando is a Tattoo Artist and Piercer at Good Vibrations Ink Orlando. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he discovered tattooing in the late 1990s and has since accumulated over 25 years of experience as a professional body piercer. His tattooing career began at El Indio, Puerto Rico’s pioneering professional tattoo parlor, where he was profoundly influenced by international artists. Now based in Florida for over a decade, Rafy continues to draw inspiration from the region’s rich cultural and artistic diversity. He is renowned for his clean line work and smooth shading, specializing in original, customized tattoos, often incorporating strong influences of tribal, Taíno, and Polynesian folklore, with a particular enjoyment for freehand creations. Rafy lives by his motto: “I love tattoos that look like tattoos.”
