Jerome “JJ” James is the visionary founder of Canvas Tattoo & Piercing Studio. He established the first tattoo shop in Prior Lake, MN, in July 2005, and later expanded to Eden Prairie in 2008 with his brother Leroy Jones. JJ is dedicated to elevating the perception of tattooing, emphasizing it as a profound form of artistry and personal expression. He created Canvas Tattoo & Piercing Studio to provide a space where clients can commemorate loved ones, celebrate milestones, and express their individuality through masterfully crafted custom tattoos.
