Sarah Savage has been tattooing since 2008, making her a highly experienced artist with 16 years in the industry. As the resident “weeb” at Tech Noir Tattoo in Victoria, BC, Sarah specializes in large-scale, pop culture, anime, and nature tattoos, with a strong background in manga and a love for all things Japan.
