Jeff Kozan is a co-founder and highly respected artist at Vatican Tattoo Studio in Delray Beach, Florida. A Palm Beach County native, Jeff honed his craft through a formal apprenticeship at Tatts Taylor’s Tattooing before establishing Vatican Tattoo Studio. He is an award-winning artist, particularly recognized for his large-scale Japanese-style tattoos, including Irezumi. Beyond this specialty, Jeff is also adept in portrait and traditional tattoo styles, embracing a versatile approach to his artistry. His work is characterized by its quality and a deep respect for the timeless craft of tattooing. Outside the studio, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and children, indulging in fine rum, classic reggae and punk music, restoring his 1953 Chevy Bel Air, carving tikis, and supporting the Miami Dolphins.
