Chris Kelly is a skilled tattoo artist at Elite Tattoo Studios, celebrated for his extremely clean lines and precise work. He specializes in Black and Grey traditional tattoos, though he also excels with color work. Chris has been with the studio for almost two years, and prior to joining Elite, he honed his craft tattooing solo in his hometown of Marystown, where he now makes regular guest trips.
