Brian Trubia is an artist and co-owner of Black Velvet Ink, located in Westerly, RI. After initially pursuing a degree in chemistry, Brian redirected his passion to tattooing in 2011 and has been a prominent artist in the area ever since. He excels in realistic color and black and gray tattooing, while also demonstrating versatility across a range of other styles. Outside of the studio, Brian enjoys CrossFit, engaging in “nerd stuff” like Warhammer and board games, and embracing outdoor activities with his wife, dogs, and numerous cats.
