A native of the 805 area, JJ Ortiz has been tattooing for over two decades, proudly continuing a lineage directly from Freddy Negrete, a pioneer of fine line black and grey tattooing in California. A graduate of Cal State Northridge, JJ is dedicated to crafting great-looking, unique tattoos at Golden Eagle Tattoo that are built to stand the test of time.
