Amber Winter is a Co-Owner and Artist at Body of Art Tattoo in Dayton, KY. Bringing nine years of tattooing experience to her clients, Amber also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from the University of Cincinnati DAAP program, having completed her apprenticeship at Acme Body Art in Cincinnati.
