Dan Mattingly is the owner of North Mountain Tattoo in Phoenix, Arizona, bringing over two decades of professional tattooing experience to the studio. He specializes in both black and grey and color photorealism, creating stunning portraits, flowers, animals, landscapes, and intricate designs inspired by Greek mythology, space, eyes, and skulls. Dan’s artistry is dedicated to crafting works that flow harmoniously with the body and stand the test of time. Born in Richmond, Indiana, he established his roots in the Phoenix tattoo scene after moving there, eventually taking the helm at North Mountain Tattoo in 2021. His goal is to continuously evolve his art and ensure North Mountain Tattoo remains a premier destination for exceptional tattooing in Arizona.
