Corey, known as “Tattoo Corey,” is the founder and a tattooer at El Dorado Tattoos in Bangor, Maine. Originally from Kentucky, Corey established El Dorado in March 2023 with the vision of creating a vibrant street shop environment focused on bright, bold traditional tattoos. He has spent his career traveling to some of the country’s most renowned traditional street shops, developing a deep passion for the design and history of traditional tattooing. While specializing in this classic style, Corey is also adept at other styles and ensures clients are referred to other local artists if a design falls outside his confident expertise. He is available for appointments and regularly welcomes walk-ins at the shop from Friday to Tuesday. In his free time, Corey also builds tattoo machines.
