Sheli is a junior tattoo artist at The Fig Leaf Tattoo in Highland Park, Los Angeles, in her first year of professional tattooing, having completed her apprenticeship under June Jung. With a background as a painter who has exhibited in group and solo shows since 2001, Sheli brings a unique artistic sensibility to her work. Her original tattoo designs, often in watercolor, leverage the unpredictability of the medium to highlight the vulnerable beauty in her subjects.
