Toni is a Tattoo Artist at Steve’s Tattoo in Madison, Wisconsin, and is the newest member of their dedicated crew, having joined since 2022. They apprenticed under Billy and Steve, gaining a strong foundation in the craft. Toni specializes in a modern, goofy, and spooky take on traditional imagery, but remains open to exploring all ideas and styles to bring clients’ visions to life.
