Justin is a Tattoo Artist at Steve’s Tattoo in Madison, Wisconsin, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience to his work. His tattooing journey began in the mid-1990s, and after initially joining Steve’s Tattoos in 2001, he went on to open his own successful shop for over a decade before happily returning to the Williamson Street location.
