Bill Lorenz, known as “Cuz’n Bill” in the tattooing community, is the esteemed owner and a lead tattoo artist at Sacramento Tattoo and Piercing. With an impressive career spanning over 30 years, Bill’s journey into body art began at a young age, fueled by an early fascination with tattoos. His dedication led him to learn from various artists, developing a unique style that has garnered him a loyal clientele.

Prior to taking ownership of Sacramento Tattoo and Piercing—the oldest tattoo parlor in Sacramento—in 2020, Bill established and ran his own successful studio, Temple Tattoo, in Lake Worth, Florida. He is highly skilled in a broad spectrum of styles, specializing in traditional, black and gray work, expert cover-ups, and intricate Asian scenes. Bill is particularly known for his commitment to bringing clients’ visions to life, whether it’s executing a classic flash design or creating a one-of-a-kind custom piece, such as the memorable “Flux Capacitor” and “Everlasting Gobstopper” tattoos he’s crafted.

Outside the studio, Bill remains immersed in his craft, spending his time painting, drawing, developing new flash, and even building custom tattoo machines.
