Cecilia is an artist at Urban Art Tattoo Studio in Mesa, Arizona, born and raised in Phoenix. Tattooing since 2011, she is known for her distinctive work in Neo-Traditional, Illustrative Color Work, Fantasy/Comic Book Color Work, and Geometric/Line Work Only. Drawing inspiration from artists like Nick Baxter, Kelly Doty, Karl Umlauf, and the imaginative worlds of Tim Burton, Cecilia dedicates her time to continuously honing her drawing skills, which she aptly describes as ‘Draw, draw, then draw again…’ Her approach to artistry is encapsulated by Bruce Lee’s philosophy: ‘Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.’
