Kari Rhoades is a tattoo artist at Neon Dragon Tattoo and Art Collective in Marion, Iowa, where she completed her apprenticeship and has been tattooing professionally since 2020. She brings a unique flair to a wide variety of styles, particularly excelling in black and grey, animal realism, and her distinctive take on neo-traditional. A self-professed ‘weeb,’ Kari particularly enjoys creating Pokémon tattoos and incorporating other elements of pop culture into her body art.
