Igor Bezpalko is a professional tattoo artist at Black Oak Tattoo in Fort Collins, Colorado, with over 23 years of experience. Originally from Ukraine, Igor made his first tattoo during his time in the Ukrainian Army, quickly falling in love with the art form. He later owned his own shop in Ukraine and traveled extensively across Europe—including Finland, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, and Poland—to expand his knowledge and refine his skills. Since 2024, he has been working in Colorado, specializing in Black & White high-realism tattoos and portraits, and has a particular preference for big custom projects.
