Little Joe, the esteemed Studio Owner of Primrose Tattoo Parlor in Orlando, Florida, brings decades of experience to his craft, having begun his tattooing apprenticeship in 1995. After honing his skills at several notable shops across the country, he founded Primrose Tattoo in 2010. Joe’s artistic vision is shaped by a diverse array of influences, from Traditional American tattoo legends like Paul Rogers and Sailor Jerry to Japanese masters such as Horiyoshi II, alongside a deep appreciation for Polynesian and South Pacific island tattooing.
