James Howard

James Howard, known to many as Jim, has been a professional tattoo artist since 2001 and is a valued member of the team at Royal Peacock Tattoo Parlor in Sacramento, CA. He excels in American, traditional Japanese, black and grey, and portrait work, often drawing inspiration from hot rods and skateboard graphics. Taught through a traditional old-school apprenticeship, Jim prides himself on tackling larger projects and challenges, consistently transforming client ideas into classy, custom-tailored tattoos.
