Roy Luera is a talented artist at Skin Decor Tattoo Studio in Fresno, California, where he has been honing his craft since 2008. From a young age, Roy demonstrated an artistic flair, initially by drawing comic book characters and cartoons, then expanding into mixed media such as acrylic art, glass etching, and woodworking. His journey into tattooing began with an apprenticeship at Skin Decor Tattoo Studio.
