Sebastian Baldovino, also known as Seba Lobo, is a highly experienced tattoo artist at Third Eye Tattoo Parlour in Vancouver, BC. Originally from Argentina and having lived in Chile, Seba Lobo brings over 12 years of international tattooing experience, spanning various countries in South America and now Canada. His artistic journey began with Neo-traditional influences, which have evolved over the years to skillfully blend with traditional and his current favorite, Japanese styles.
