Julius, known professionally as Juelz-OT, is an award-winning tattooist at Bright Ideas Tattoo & Piercing in Avondale, AZ. This “3rd Coast Born” artist began his professional journey in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in 2007. Since then, his exceptional artwork has taken him across the globe to compete in international tattoo expos, from the Philippines to South America. Juelz boasts a well-rounded and versatile artistic style, equally adept at crafting vibrant Watercolor and Bold Color Bombs as he is with intricate Fine Line, Custom Script, or classic Chicano/Black & Grey pieces. His diverse skill set was cultivated through painting graffiti in his youth and collaborating with numerous artists encountered during his travels. Julius joined the Bright Ideas team in March 2022 and is always ready for a walk-in.
