Chris Pavelchik was a revered co-owner and foundational artist at Dancing Dragon Tattoo Studio in Oak Grove, Kentucky. He commenced his tattooing apprenticeship in 1983 following his service with the Army’s 101st Air Assault Infantry. Throughout his esteemed career, Chris earned numerous regional awards and showcased his talent internationally, tattooing in Germany, Italy, Sweden, and the Czech Republic. His artistic style was significantly shaped by influential figures like Don Ed Hardy, Bill Liberty, and the late Greg Irons. Chris Pavelchik passed away on December 16, 2022, and is fondly remembered as a cherished father, tattooist, and an all-around exceptional individual.
