Ali Cat is a skilled piercer at Tate Street Tattoo Co. LLC in Greensboro, NC. Originally from Brooklyn and raised in the Bronx, this 23-year-old Mexican/Puerto Rican artist moved to North Carolina in 2020 and has been dedicated to piercing since the age of 19.
