Akira Beard is an artist at Stefano’s Tattoo Studio in Fort Lauderdale. Before embarking on his tattooing apprenticeship in 2018, Akira had a distinguished career as a professional artist in San Francisco, California. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Painting and Drawing from the Academy of Art University SF (2003), where he also taught in both the Fashion Illustration and Fine Art departments. His profound love for visual artistry naturally led him to the world of tattooing, seeing it as an exciting opportunity to broaden his artistic expression and share his passion.
