Shawna Holder is the founder and shop owner of Angel Ink Tattoo in Oregon City, which she established in 2000. With over two decades of experience tattooing in the Portland Metro area, she has built Angel Ink into a diverse practice offering a wide range of artistic services. Beyond her work as a tattoo artist, Shawna also shares her expertise as an instructor at the Angel Ink Tattoo School. She has a passion for oil and acrylic painting and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, gardening and hiking.
