Em, known professionally as Emy Rue, is a versatile Tattoo Artist at Black Rock Tattoo in Diamond, IL. Raised amidst the forests and farmlands of Custer Park, Illinois, her cottage-core aesthetic imbues her artwork with a whimsical touch. Em has been drawing her entire life, further refining her skills with an Associate of Arts degree from Joliet Junior College in 2018, coupled with extensive figure studies, still lifes, and mentorships.
