Dennis Toner is a seasoned tattoo artist at Universal Tattoo in Victoria, BC. Having begun his tattooing journey in 1997, Dennis apprenticed under his father, Bob Toner, and has continued to work alongside him and many other talented artists at the studio ever since. He embraces a wide array of tattooing styles, from dark and morbid themes to vibrant floral designs, Japanese, realism, traditional, new school, tribal, and native art. Dennis particularly enjoys the intricate challenge of cover-up tattoos, finding great satisfaction in transforming old or unwanted pieces into beautiful, new works of art. His dedication to mastering diverse styles and his passion for delivering exceptional results define his approach to tattooing.
