Ceaser Emmanuel is the CEO and founder of Black Ink, the nation’s largest Black-owned tattoo franchise. A Brooklyn, NY native, Ceaser’s passion for art and community led him to begin his tattooing career in 2008. Through dedication and hard work, he successfully opened his first Black Ink shop in 2011, growing the brand into a nationally recognized powerhouse with 8 locations across the country. While he has mastered various tattoo styles, Ceaser is particularly known for his entrepreneurial spirit, his commitment to breaking industry barriers, and creating a vibrant space where self-expression thrives. He also founded Black Ink Care, an initiative reflecting his ongoing efforts to give back to his community. Clients can book sessions with Ceaser in Brooklyn, Atlanta, or Milwaukee.
