Norm Guy is the founder and owner of Psychocity Tattoos in Kamloops, British Columbia. He initially opened Psychocity in Saskatchewan in 2003 before relocating the studio to Kamloops in 2013. Beyond tattooing, Norm also established El Diablo Needles, a tattoo supply company, reflecting his deep commitment to the craft.
