Master Tattooist Todo has an extensive career in the tattooing world, starting in 1979 and dedicating himself to the craft professionally since the 1980s. He currently tattoos by appointment only at Velvet Crown Tattoo in Bradenton, Florida. Throughout his career, Todo has honed a distinctive style, specializing in realism and photo realism, which encompasses portraits of humans, animals, and even monsters, as well as bio-mechanical and floral designs. His exceptional talent was recognized in 1993 when he won ‘best overall artist’ at Hollywood, California’s Ink Slingers Ball for a photo realistic rendition of chrome on skin. Todo’s artistry has also attracted a roster of celebrity clients over the years. Now in semi-retirement, he is selective about the projects he undertakes, focusing on work that aligns with his passion for realism and detailed portraiture.
