Morgan Carpenter is a highly experienced tattoo artist at Citadel Tattoo in Minneapolis, Minnesota, having honed his craft since 2004. He apprenticed in Denver, Colorado, at Peter Tat-2, a shop renowned for its legendary lineage within American tattooing. Morgan’s distinctive style is deeply influenced by Japanese and American traditional tattooing, as well as the surrealist and absurdist art movements, and Japanese Ukiyo-e printmaking. While he enjoys creating large-scale works, he is also adept at smaller pieces. He primarily works by appointment but often has availability for short-notice or walk-in clients.
