Wes Schulz is the Owner and an artist at Dreams Collide Tattoo in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. A lifelong resident of Lancaster, Wes’s artistic journey began in childhood, fueled by an early fascination with artists like Frank Frazetta, Salvador Dali, and M.C. Escher, alongside the vibrant worlds of cartoons, comic books, video games, and sci-fi movies. His passion for design led him to create tattoo concepts for friends in high school, eventually drawing him into the tattoo art form itself. Wes officially began tattooing in 2005 and, just three years later, opened Dreams Collide Tattoo in 2008. He credits the collaboration and support of many talented local artists for the studio’s success and evolution. His deep illustrative background, shaped by diverse influences, informs his distinctive approach to tattooing.
