Charlie Foos is a highly skilled artist at Read Street Tattoo Parlour in Baltimore, Maryland. He brings a strong artistic foundation to his work, having earned an MFA in Fine Arts from Hunter College and apprenticed under Elio Espana at Flyrite Studio in Brooklyn, New York. After returning to his roots in Baltimore, Charlie took the helm at Read Street from 2008 to 2022. He specializes in customizing both Traditional Americana and Japanese styles, with his extensive range also covering all contemporary genres of tattooing. Charlie is available for consultations and walk-ins Wednesday through Saturday.
