Alex Chiong

Alex Chiong is the leading tattoo artist and owner of Alex Chiong Tattoo Studio, also known as Ink Evolution, with locations in North Miami and North Miami Beach. With over two decades of experience, having begun his journey in Havana in 2003 and graduating from the San Alejandro Academy of Fine Arts in 2012, Alex brings a rich artistic background to his work. He is the creative force behind the studio, specializing in large-scale and custom tattoos, with a particular emphasis on Black & Grey. His artistry is recognized through multiple awards, including a 2nd Prize at “New York No Limits 2016.” Alex founded his studio in 2017 with a vision to redefine the tattoo studio concept in Miami, approaching body art from a contemporary and innovative perspective. He is also dedicated to nurturing new talent by recruiting and training emerging artists, ensuring the studio remains at the forefront of creative tattooing. Under his guidance, Alex Chiong Tattoo Studio offers a diverse range of styles, including Traditional, Color Realism, Black and Gray Realism, Watercolor, Tribal, New School, and Japanese, delivering world-class artistry to every client.
