Ben Dixon is the esteemed founder and owner of Lone Wolf Body Art, a prominent studio in the Nashville area. With a tattooing career spanning back to his apprenticeship in November 1991, Ben opened Lone Wolf Tattoo in July 1993. He played a pivotal role in establishing health regulation laws for tattooing in Tennessee in 1996 and has been a driving force behind major industry events, including the Old School Tattoo Expo and the renowned Full Moon Tattoo Convention. Under his leadership, Lone Wolf Tattoo earned “Best of Nashville Scene” awards for eleven consecutive years. While Ben appreciates all tattoo styles, he is particularly celebrated for his expertise in Black and Gray Realism. He continues to tattoo at Lone Wolf Body Art’s Hermitage location, where he has also mentored many successful artists, earning him the moniker “The Tennessee Tattoo Titan.”
