Brian Riggs is a developing tattoo artist at Sea Hag Tattoo Parlour in Temecula, California. A Southern California native, Brian’s lifelong passion for various art forms led him to begin his tattoo apprenticeship at Sea Hag Tattoo Parlour in late 2018. Under the experienced guidance of Joe Wittenberg and Shaun Kyle, he officially began tattooing in early 2019. While Brian is actively exploring and learning a wide array of styles, his current focus is on developing his unique personal tattooing style and advancing his craft. He approaches tattooing with profound reverence, considering it a sacred art form and an honor to contribute to his clients’ personal artistic expression.
