Celia Metzger is a tattoo apprentice at Empire Tattoo in Orange, CT, where she recently relocated. As a female artist, Celia embraces a wide array of artistic mediums, including drawing, painting, and sculpting. Her favorite tattoo styles are American Traditional and Neo Traditional, and she also enjoys creating fantasy, cutesy/cartoony designs, and book-related art.
