Charles Belñavis is a co-founder of Shogun Tattoo in Pasadena, CA, having started his tattooing journey from his home in Covina in 1993. After working in East LA, he established himself in Pasadena in the late 1990s. In May 2002, Charles, alongside Pete, Joe, and Andrew, opened Shogun Tattoo, where he continues to create today. He specializes in tattooing various fish designs and also enjoys working in traditional American and Japanese styles.
