Chella Man is a JR Artist at Castro Tattoo in San Francisco, CA, and a multidisciplinary artist, author, and director. Their practice, grounded in the belief that identity is a living continuum, is deeply informed by their lived experience as Deaf, transmasculine, genderqueer, Chinese, and Jewish. Chella’s artistry, developed through an apprenticeship under H and Who, pulses with raw vulnerability and radical vision, creating pieces that embody missed identities and dismantle systems by simply telling the truth.
