Dean C. is an accomplished tattoo artist at Old Ghosts Tattoo in Raleigh, NC. With a unique history, Dean began his tattooing journey as a troubled incarcerated youth, later securing a professional apprenticeship in York, PA. He honed his craft while working across Pennsylvania and Maryland before settling in Raleigh, NC, to deepen his understanding of design and tattoo application. Through years of dedicated focus, Dean became proficient in a range of styles including American Traditional, Japanese Traditional, Fine Line Biker, and Black Traditional, in addition to developing his own distinctive aesthetic.
