Domonic “Preso” Carter is the Owner and Founding Father of Ripp’d Canvas Tattoo Studios + Artist Social Club in Baltimore, MD. Beginning his journey as a barber and a developing tattoo artist in 2011, Domonic co-founded Ripp’d Canvas with his cousin Donaven, envisioning a collaborative space to elevate art and design.
