Elle Mana-Festin

Elle Mana-Festin is a co-founder of Tatak Ng Apat Na Alon (Mark of the Four Waves) Tribe and an artist at Spiritual Journey Tattoo & Tribal Gallery in Stanton, CA. Born in the Philippines, he maintained a deep connection to his heritage while growing up in the U.S. In 1998, he co-founded the international organization dedicated to reviving Traditional Filipino Tattoo culture. Inspired by this powerful movement, Elle began tattooing in 2003, mastering traditional methods such as hand tapping and hand poke before incorporating machine work in 2012. He is renowned for his tribal artwork, detailed fine line, and Blackwork, establishing himself as a prominent figure within the Traditional Tattoo community. Elle’s artistry is driven by his commitment to preserving and celebrating indigenous tattoo cultures and traditions from around the world.
