Elyssa Beers is a co-owner and artist at Black Velvet Ink in Westerly, RI. She began her tattooing career in 2013, building upon a strong foundation in fine arts from her studies at the University of Hartford and Boston University, where she earned a Fine Arts Degree in Painting. Elyssa specializes in black and gray realism and intricate black geometric work. Beyond her artistry at the studio, she enjoys aerial arts, dance, gardening, and spending time with her two dogs.
