Faubert is a multidisciplinary artist and the owner of Faubert Tattoo Art in Montréal, QC. Her journey into tattooing is built upon a rich and diverse artistic background. Born in Montréal-Nord, Faubert’s early talent for drawing blossomed into extensive studies, including aesthetics, hairdressing, graphic design, fashion styling, and a four-year major in oil painting at the École des beaux-arts de Montréal. Her professional experience includes working as a milliner for Cirque du Soleil for seven years, traveling the world and infusing her art with vibrant, contrasting colors inspired by her global experiences. She has also been a painting professor for the City of Terrebonne since 2012 and achieved professional artist status in 2014, with her work exhibited at the MAC and acquired by the Scotiabank collection.
Faubert specializes in a wide array of tattoo styles, including botanical and vegetal designs, often incorporating pointillism. She is also highly skilled in blackwork, lettering, and various realism techniques, particularly for portraits and animal subjects. Her expertise extends to artistic color tattoos, black and grey work, and naturalistic approaches, informed by numerous advanced workshops and seminars. Opening her own studio in 2021, Faubert continues to integrate her vast artistic knowledge into each unique tattoo, offering clients a deeply creative and personalized experience.
